Run Session by John

Find a short hill not too far from your front room.

Aim for around 50 meters.

Jog a warm up for 10 minutes then

6 reps of the hill at 60% effort jog back
Chill for a minute
5 reps of the hill at 70% effort jog back
Chill for a minute
4 reps of the hill at 75% effort

Cool down jog home.

Do not put yourself in the red and keep a social distancing distance.
