Not sure where to start? We have regular weekly training sessions in swim, bike and run, with qualified club coaches to help you develop your skills and fitness levels.
All our sessions cater for beginners, so the best thing to do is just come along and try a few sessions out! A great place to start is our Monday or Wednesday night run and swim groups where you will meet our coaches and club members who will happily give you the advice you are looking for.
Interested? Then come along and try a few taster sessions before you decide to join. Just come along a few minutes earlier to any of the sessions, introduce yourself to the coach and you’ll be advised where to go and what to do, depending on your level.
We also have a track session every Friday which is perfect for seeking advice on where to start and what you need to do to help you reach your goals. Pop on down and we can help you take the next steps or just make a start.
If getting in the pool swims worries you, our Saturday session at Dalkeith High School or the Monday session is a great place to start. We have lanes that cater for all swim abilities, and the coaches will be able to assess your swimming level. Then, grab a bite to eat and a drink and join one of cycle groups of varying abilities (including beginners) doing various distances and speeds. Why not come along, introduce yourself to the coaches and give the swim or the cycle, or both a go.
