About the sessions
Strength and Conditioning sessions with Leszek at Fitness Soul will cover all the strength training needs for endurance, flexibility, mobility and strength so you can achieve your full potential as a triathlete and avoid injuries.
The first 6 week block will build the foundation of flexibility, mobility and strength, so you can achieve your full potential as a triathlete and avoid injuries. Subsequent blocks will introduce more complex drills, heavyweight lifting and explosive power.

Booking is £36 per block which lasts for 6 weeks.
