IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CURRENT MEMBERS:

For sessions from Monday 22 November onwards, you will need to book using the Spond app and NOT the website.  Members should have received an email invite to join the ET group on the Spond. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEW MEMBERS: 

We are only accepting people on the Bronze Membership level (bike and run sessions) at the moment. To join the waiting list for other levels, email our Membership Secretary.

Spin Session at Pedal House

About the sessions

We have trained with Hugh and other instructors at Pedal House for a number of winters now and they have reopened in a new city centre location off Lothian Road (5-6 Conference Square, EH3 8RA)

Our class size is limited to 13 people at the moment, they are aiming to have more bikes soon, however you can expect a high quality, motivational session which will help keep those cycling legs in shape over the dark winter months.

The bikes are all new with a power reading as well as the usual cadence monitor, we tested a couple of these in the last sessions and found them good to work with.

Booking

We will be kicking off at 6:50 on Tuesday 2 November. Booking here is essential and the cost is £30 per block of 4 sessions (normal price is £10 per session). We would like to get a group to commit to 4 weeks at a time, however we will take individual bookings if we cannot fill all the bikes.
